Partagria participated in SIAL Paris, the world’s largest food innovation exhibition. The Global Food Marketplace (French: Salon International de l’alimentation, or SIAL) is a trade fair held every two years, which specializes in the food processing industry.
SIAL features over 7,000 companies from more than 100 countries presenting their products to retail and foodservice professionals. It includes all manner of food products, from ingredients through equipment to end products, across 21 exhibition sectors.
Africa was represented by AAFEX, the Africa Agro Export Association, representing a number of agricultural and food processing businesses across both anglophone and francophone countries.
The conference was valuable for Partagria in developing client relationships in the fresh and dried fruit industries.
